Neil Cunliffe OBE

It was with great pleasure that I heard the news that Neil Cunliffe has been awarded the OBE for services to Road Safety in the New Year’s honours list. Neil Cunliffe has been a road safety practitioner for many years and has led the Lancashire County Council Road Safety team for over ten years,   developing it to be one of the most effective and respected in the UK. Neil was ANDISP Chair for two terms covering a six year period, during this time he was instrumental in laying the foundations that enable the Association to engage with today’s challenges and opportunities.
